I was very hesitant to join another gym after feeling like I had tried everything, but after doing the one week trial 4 months ago, I now crave the workouts! The gym is amazing with lots of natural light, no mirrors so no egos, and the staff and other gym goers are so welcoming and kind. Both Stephanie and Victor have gone out of their way to help me with not only my form but my food as well and as a result I’ve lost more weight in 4 months than I have in the past 6 years. The F45 workouts are a game changer in terms of keeping it fresh, pushing you, and being time efficient for someone with a busy schedule. However, what really sets this location apart is the community and environment they foster. I stepped into the studio for the first time about two months ago, the most out of shape I’ve ever been and extremely nervous. I never once felt judged or unwelcome. They helped me adjust the workouts to suit me, and in two short months have made such a huge difference to me both physically and mentally. I’ve not only gotten into better shape, but have regained a lot of confidence I had lost. The trainers are incredible, and have created a community of people who encourage one another, and celebrate each others successes, no matter what level you’re at.

Great gym – highly recommend. My wife started going to this gym because it’s relatively close and got convinced to try it out. 3 months in, I find myself going in 5 times a week first thing in the morning and am seeing great results. The trainers are excelled – very personable, knowledgeable and supportive. The music is great and the workouts are brutal but in the best way. I was never a classes type person and I find the classes are fun, effective and keep me coming back. Not only that but the people attending the gym are a regular crew so you get to know a group of like minded people.Can’t recommend it enough. So happy this location opened up and we tried it out!

To get the most out of the F45 Challenge, our trainers recommend 4-5 workouts per week. Government health officials recommend 2 days of strength training to help build lean muscle mass and 2.5-5 hours of moderate exercise.
